Sendle who contracts local couriers such as Courier Please, Aramax, DHL.

Return/Refund

It's okay to change your mind, we totally get it.
To be eligible for a full refund:

Return within 14 days of the day you receive the package. 

Product cannot be used and in the original packaging.

You will need to cover the cost of trackable return postage.

Before we send out our product, we also quality check them to make sure they are 100% pawfect
If you find any faulty upon receiving our travel bed, please make sure to get in touch with us straight away so we can find a way to fix it.

Is your pet travel bed for small dogs only?

Currently our pet travel bed can accommodate small to medium size fur babies.

How do I clean my pet travel bed?

You can simply use a wet cloth to wipe it

or

you can unzip the cover and put in the washing machine in it delicate mode.
